Group Dog Training Classes for Adolescent Dogs in Sydney

Small group classes focused on real-life skills—one subject at a time, with individual attention throughout.

Classes are capped at 8 dogs to keep sessions focused, practical, and manageable for every dog in the room.

Training That Works in Real Life

Adolescent dogs (5 months and older) often have the basics down—but struggle when it counts. In a café. On the footpath. When another dog appears.

These classes are designed around the situations you actually encounter. Each class addresses one real-world skill, so there's time to actually work through it, not just talk about it.

Whether you're working on walks, manners, or how your dog responds to the world around them, you'll leave each session with something practical to build on.

How the Classes Work

Classes are kept small—a maximum of 8 dogs—so every dog gets individual attention, not just a turn.

Each session focuses on one subject, which means you're not rushing through a checklist. You're working through one real skill with enough time to actually practise it.

Two family members are included per booking. Additional family members may be accommodated depending on available space.

Is This Right for Your Dog?

Group classes are suited to dogs who are 5 months or older.

If your dog is under 5 months, our Puppy School is a better fit—it's designed for exactly that stage of development.

Classes are held indoors in an enclosed space. Dogs will be in proximity to each other, and depending on the class, may be interacting.

If your dog is particularly reactive, very anxious around other dogs, or has behaviour that might be disruptive to the group, please reach out before booking—we can help you work out whether this is the right option or whether private training would be a better starting point.

Dogs who are continuously barking to play, or barking in fear or frustration, can be disruptive to the group. If a dog is unable to settle, they may need to be separated or the session paused. If you're unsure whether group classes are the right fit, reach out and we'll help you figure it out.
